When I ride and i discharge battery to 3.80-3.90v per cell. Nothing will be happening with battery?

I just recently recieved my 2S Gens Ace lipo, and for the first couple rubs it seemed fine. But at about the 5th cycle, my charger began saying max capacity reached and wouldn't finish charging. I later figured out I can still get it to fully charge long as it's not on balence charge. But even still, it sometimes won't fully charge. The voltage it goes at is random, too. Sometimes it stops busy before 8v, other times it won't make past 7.2.

What should I do to adjust it?
